All sales are final. Every product in this shop is made to order or handmade, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sgczarklee@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

Bunny Mail Club subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime before your next renewal date. Letters that have already shipped are non-refundable. If your letter never arrives, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

We ship via USPS and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier. Bunny Mail Club letters are sent via regular letter post with no tracking — that's part of the charm!
